Fitrus G is a health management solution by ONESOFTDIGM Fitrus G helps you manage customer's health, including body composition.
In the end, this solution has been developed to manage customer's health easier.
However, please note that the device(ONE SMARTDIET) of this solution is not a medical device and should not be used for diagnostics or treatment.

Fitrus G provides a service that enables customers who visit our partner to easily measure body fat, skeletal muscle, basal metabolic, body mass index, etc. through the ONE SMARTDIET, a portable body composition analyzer developed by ONESOFTDIGM.
But this is not all about Fitrus G.
With Fitrus G, partners will get some benefits.
Partners can print-out the customer's body composition data and the partner's promotion.

ONESOFTDIGM wishes partners to succeed through Fitrus G, and please read the following carefully.
If your customer has any questions about their health information through the Fitrus G, please inform that they should make a consult an expert.

We will inform you about the body composition measurement.

If your customers have any questions or concerns about health condition before using Fitrus G, please inform that they should ask an expert about the health condition.
Your customers should check the personal health condition before using Fitrus G.
Please note that Fitrus G does not accurately reflect customer's health and the circumstances because it uses the results that reflect the limited information entered by the users.
Please note that the content and information provided by Fitrus G are based on standard data and may not be suitable for each individual.
If you expect that your customers have a particular health problem, please stop that using Fitrus G for your customers.

Fitrus G is not responsible for the services provided by our partners separately.

If you enter promotion content, Fitrus G will provide it for your customers.
However, Fitrus G is not responsible for the content that you enter directly in addition to the content provided by Fitrus G.
Fitrus G will effort to introduce various services provided by our partners to the potential customers.
However, please note that ONESOFTDIGM does not responsible for the content and any information provided by our partners through Fitrus G.
If you have any updates or corrections to the content provided to ONESOFTDIGM, please contact us through our web site(www.onesoftdigm.com).
You can also create third-party service and advertising content at any time via Fitrus G.
However, please provide customers with separated guides or terms and conditions for these services.
The creator has solely responsible for the services provided separately from Fitrus G.
Partner's application services and devices must be used to the permitted by the Terms of Use or applicable laws, and ONESOFTDIGM is not responsible for any problems that may occur if you do not follow it.

Please check the follow the basic instructions on using the service.

The user cannot change, copy, save, distribute and sell any Fitrus G content, in principle, because the user does not have rights.
Fitrus G partners have the right to use this service freely only to follow the Terms and Conditions for your business.
Of course, the partner's intellectual property rights of the content posted on Fitrus G continue to be held by our partner.
When you post content to the Fitrus G (including both the App and the Web), it means that you confirm to provide the content to ONESOFTDIGM with a non-exclusive, transferable and re-authorable license globally.
And also it means reproduce, modify, transfer and share your content.
Fitrus/span> partners are completely responsible for the contents posted by yourselves in Fitrus G service.
You must confirm that you will not conduct in any other illegal or harmful activities such as infringe on intellectual property rights (copyrights, etc.) of third parties, violations of applicable laws and unauthorized commercial activities in the service to use it.
If your content includes illegal information, defamation, violent or racism contents, or any related contents, do not publish or share on the Fitrus G.
If there is any above content, ONESOFTDIGM may modify or delete it.
On the other hand, the partner's phone number and e-mail are possible to share with others.
It is your choice.
And you have to take responsibility for that.
Likewise, the Fitrus G service may display content that is not owned by ONESOFTDIGM.
In this case, such parties that post it are responsible for the content.
ONESOFTDIGM efforts to make the Fitrus G service freely available to users, but does not guarantee everything. In other words, Fitrus G provides "as is" contents such as setting the goals, specific features, and references so ONESOFTDIGM does not commitment or warranty about the specific functions does not provides by the Fitrus G.
Fitrus G always effort to provide stable service to users and protect user's data from malicious codes and security risks. Please be aware that if partner's managers or customers use the Fitrus G with the illegal way such as rooting, decompiling, or reverse engineering, ONESOFTDIGM is going to stop the Fitrus G service without any notice.
Customers(Clients) information using the Fitrus G is stored securely on the ONESOFTDIGM server. However, the stored personal information (body composition data, physical information, etc.) should not be exposed or circulated. We will not be liable for any mistakes of the partner or any other people that discloses and spread customer information at will. Please be careful not to expose the personal information of the managers and the customers.
We will protect personal information in the highest priority.
The personal information of partner managers such as super master or master in the Fitrus G service is provided within the scope of their agreement. ONESOFTDIGM will not share any personal information in the Fitrus G to any third party unless by law or you agree to it.
When you use Fitrus G services, we may collect and process information about your actual location to use FitrusM (mobile application service to be provided by ONESOFTDIGM) service. We use various technologies to determine location, including IP address, GPS, and other sensors that may, for example, provide ONESOFTDIGM with information on nearby devices, Wi-Fi access points, and cell towers. By agreeing to these Terms of Conditions, you also agree to the Terms of Conditions of the Location Information.
Depending on the situation, we can provide the location of the partners to FitrusM users by using the address entered by the partner manually. If the partner has entered a wrong address, ONESOFTDIGM will not responsible. If possible, please update with the latest information.
Please refer to the Fitrus G Privacy Policy for more information on how Fitrus G protects your personal information.

You can remove the application and delete the data freely.

If the Fitrus G application is deleted, the Fitrus G data stored in the device will be deleted, but the data stored in the Fitrus G server may not be deleted.
If you re-install the Fitrus G application, you can continue to use service with your e-mail address and password.
The Fitrus G data stored on your device may be limited by the version of your device or Fitrus G.
Therefore, the data on the device may differ from the data stored on the server.
If data stored on the server is deleted, we can not recover the data, so be careful.

Fitrus G content may be changed by unexpected issues or the service may be stopped.

We will try our best to provide the service 24 hours and 365 days, but the service may be discontinued or changed due to unavoidable circumstances.
We will notify through the website (www.onesoftdigm.com), e-mail or other ways at least 7 days in advance (30 days, if the user has a significant issue on rights and obligations).
If the Fitrus G service is stopped by the partner or if the partner's own service using our solution is changed or stopped, please make sure to inform customers by the terms and condition or notice.

Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns while using the service.

The laws of the Republic of Korea apply to this Terms of Conditions and the Fitrus G service.
And if a dispute occurred and a lawsuit is necessary, a court of competent jurisdiction will be established under the Civil Procedure Act.
However, if the user has any complaints or inquiries about using the FitrusBS service, please let us know at any time through the Contact Us menu of the ONESOFTDIGM website (www.onesoftdigm.com).
